Modifications: This warranty does not cover items that have been altered, defaced or pieces removed, or has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of the manufacturer.
Lost or Stolen Items: This warranty does not apply to devices that have been lost or stolen.
Cosmetic Damages: This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to, scratches and dents, that do not otherwise affect the functionality of the device.
