POS Portal’s SFA application includes a broad set of features, including lead routing, inbound and outbound faxing, document management, application workflow, and pends management. Different home page layouts provide role-specific home pages for different user types, such as referral sources, sales managers, sales reps, and back-office users.
POS Portal’s MCC application provides our deployment customers with a feature-rich platform for managing the deployment business. Modules include order entry, installed equipment, deployment center tickets, returns management, and an extensive set of performance metrics for monitoring SLAs and distributing deployment-related management reports.
POS Portal’s OMC login experience includes portfolio views of merchant data and transaction data with additional functionality based on the user type.
