Our web-based application is tailored to the merchant acquiring industry and allows you to store complete merchant profiles, order online, manage installed equipment assets, enter and track service requests, set merchant and agent pricing, and view a comprehensive set of reports (orders, call tags, installed equipment, and invoice reports).
BILLING
We can directly bill merchant or agents, view invoice details online (revenue and margin), download invoiced data, cross reference your GL codes to catalog items, and enter credit requests online.
SERVICE LEVELS
Our 9-point QA process ensures that orders contain the correct items and equipment is functioning properly. We provide weekly deployment management reports that include performance data, customer service ticket data, system announcements, and detailed on-time shipping reports.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Each client is assigned a relationship manager to serve as your single point-of-contact for deployment issues. Our ticket system captures customer inquiries and tracks results. Create tickets online or by phone, email, or Live Chat. On-site training classes provided throughout the year and online documentation includes user guides, deployment best practices, and quick reference cards.
