QUEUE-BASED APPLICATION WORKFLOW
We configure queues to match your back-office processes and provide you with tools for tracking merchant applications, assigning applications to users, and monitoring queues.

PEND FUNCTIONALITY
With our Pend functionality, you can specify that an application is incomplete and cannot pass a given queue. You can capture reasons for the "pend", assign it to other users for resolution, and automatically notify users when they receive an assignment.

PEND REPORTING
With Pend Reporting you can view performance statistics regarding each queue -- number of "pends", percentage of "pends", processing time -- and view a summary of "pends" in each queue.

With Application Processing you can track merchant applications through each step in the application processing cycle. When there is a problem with an application, you can easily assign it to the right person. A dashboard on your home page provides a real-time summary of applications in process and exceptions being resolved.
